Conflict Resolution and Cross Cultural Issues
We offer tailor-made programmes, workshops and training focusing on conflict resolution / peace skills in cross cultural contexts. All of the offerings can be designed as face-to-face courses or highly innovative online courses. As a team we combine subject matter knowledge on cross-cultural awareness and transformational conflict resolution skills and effective instructional design competencies which want to place the learner with his/her needs in the center of the learning process.
We combine theory and practice on a high level of academic as well as applied learning scenarios. Participants will gain a deep understanding of conflict resolution mechanisms in light of cultural diversity and they will be able to use the skills they learn immediately in their respective socio-cultural milieu. We want to take into account the uniqueness of your situation and broader context, most importantly your needs.
We design courses which can be very general and introductory into the field of cross-cultural conflict transformation or we can be very detailed and specific for example crafting a programme which focuses on inner conflict and how it affects conflict on the outside, on specific communication skills, mediation processes, conflict analysis, etc.
We also offer coaching to train the trainer within your organization.
